DESCRIPTION OF THE POWERS OF THE PRESIDENCY
The powers of the President are designated in Article 11, SECTION 1, of the Statutes.
Composition

The President is responsible for directing, guiding, coordinating the activities and services of the school, in order to give them unity, continuity and efficiency by:
- Promoting the development of scientific and educational activities of the school;
- Approving regulatory standards for the proper functioning of the school;
- Ensure that school activity programs are carried out evaluate them in the general council of the Institute;
- Elaborating report on the implementation of programmes;
- Ensuring compliance with the law;
- Submitting to the President of the Institute all issues requiring higher resolution;
- Exercising, within the scope of the school, the competences that by law and by the ESTG statutes are not committed to other organs.
The President is responsible for the representation of the school and oversight of the management of activities and services
