It is the objective of the master to train in the following specific skills:
- Recognize the contractual typology that best suits a given case, know some of the relevant contractual types;
- Formalize acts and contracts and resolve family law issues that are now subject to procedural regulation in the registration law; to know the facts subject to civil registration and respective requirements, to instruct the processes;
- Hold the various acts subject to registration (many of them mandatory registration), as well as the actual registration of deposits; to know which actions and decisions can be registered, which types of registration are legally permitted, how registrations are promoted, which documents must instruct the various registration processes and how to appeal against unfavorable decisions;
- Address issues related to the taxation of assets: IMI, IMT and IS;
- Legal support for commercial companies;
- Exercise functions in the context of insolvency proceedings;
- Produce and critically analyze procedural documents, the procedural processing of precautionary procedures and the reversal of litigation; to know in depth the proceedings of the executive action, the hypotheses of the initial reorganization and the extinction of the executive action.
